REFUND POLICY

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Defective or damaged items will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

To initiate a return, please contact us at minhdhts03145@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
